Ginger Chicken
Composition
Marinade-
1 kilogram of chicken breasts
1 / 4 cup fresh lemon juice
8 teaspoons honey
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
Peach slices in juice, 825 grams
- For the Sauce -
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 teaspoons lemon juice


 Preparation
To prepare marinade, combine lemon Juicee, honey, soy sauce and garlic in a shallow glass dish. Mix well. Add chicken, turning to coat, cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
To prepare the sauce:
Drain peaches, reserve 1 / 2 cup of the juice. In a blender mix half of the peaches, 1 / 2 cup juice, brown sugar and ginger until smooth. In a saucepan, simmer over low heat for fishing for 5 minutes, stir in lemon juice. Remove from heat. Warm. Preheat grill. pan with foil. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Grill 10 inches from the heat, turning once, until tender and no longer pink about 12 to 14 mins
Cut the chicken into thin slices. Pour the sauce on each plate.Place chicken and remaining peach slices on top. 20 minutes 20 minutes 1:04.
